Mikenna believes in the resilience and redeemability of every person, recognizing that healing unfolds most profoundly in spaces where individuals feel truly seen, held, and supported with empathy.

With over a decade of experience in bodywork and a deep commitment to inner child healing, she guides clients in reconnecting with their authentic core selves. Mikenna’s approach is holistic and body-centered, integrating somatic therapy and parts work to honor the deep innate wisdom of the body and soul. Her natural intuition and empathetic presence allow her to attune to each client’s unique needs, fostering a safe, nonjudgmental space where growth and transformation can thrive. She views the client as the true expert on their healing journey and serves as a compassionate guide, helping them navigate the path toward wholeness.
In addition to working with Adults, Mikenna supports children navigating various challenges tailoring her approach to each child’s developmental stage, creating a nurturing and playful environment where young clients feel safe to express their feelings and explore their experiences.

Currently pursuing her degree at Naropa University, Mikenna is focused on integrating the mind, body, and soul for transformative, lasting healing. Grounded in the belief that healing is a shared journey, she is dedicated to helping clients tap into their inner resilience and inherent goodness.
