I have nearly two decades of experience working with adults, adolescents, children and families originating from diverse backgrounds, ethnicity, socioeconomic statuses, and religions. My view of therapy is a bridge of where you are and where you want to be. I believe that life is about healing, growth and change; using therapy as a pathway to exploring thoughts, feeling and beliefs in order to change. My style of therapy involves creating a space for you to feel welcomed, protected and cared for. I believe in identifying one’s strengths in order to work through situations both now and in the future. I also believe in a holistic, integrative approach because all areas of our lives influence one another.
