As a counseling student intern, I have had experience with teens, couples, and adult women. I have had the joy of witnessing growth and transformation with my clients in the midst of challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, betrayal trauma, and life transitions. I truly believe that the greatest benefit of one’s counseling journey is the opportunity to experience a safe, transparent, and trusting relationship with their therapist. It is a huge step to move towards the hard work of healing and changing, and it is an honor to accompany my clients through this process.

I have special interests in sexual and spiritual abuse, church trauma, anxiety disorders, attachment, family systems, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. Using a variety of evidence-based modalities, we will work together to achieve your goals and to bring peace and clarity into your world.

I utilize techniques and tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to accomplish the work that is best suited to your unique needs.

In my free time, I enjoy hiking above the tree line with my husband, playing with my puppy and my kitten, reading a novel at a local coffee shop, and watering my numerous plants.

Starting or returning to therapy is brave. I look forward to holding this space with you.
