At InDepth Therapy & Associates, we believe developing strong clinicians takes more than simply accumulating hours. It takes meaningful clinical experience, consistent supervision, thoughtful feedback, and the opportunity to learn within a real group-practice environment.
We offer training and professional development opportunities for graduate practicum and internship students as well as provisionally licensed clinicians who are looking for a place to strengthen their clinical skills, build confidence, and grow as mental health professionals.
PRACTICUM & INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
InDepth Therapy & Associates offers practicum and internship placements for graduate students completing clinical training requirements in counseling and related mental health programs.
Our internship program is designed to provide students with hands-on clinical experience while working as part of an established group practice. Students have the opportunity to work with clients, participate in clinical supervision, collaborate with other clinicians, and gain exposure to the day-to-day realities of providing ethical, effective mental health care.
We are intentional about the students we bring into our practice. We are looking for interns who are curious, dependable, open to feedback, willing to challenge themselves, and interested in becoming thoughtful, well-rounded clinicians.

The form allows us to learn more about your graduate program, placement requirements, availability, clinical interests, and previous experience.
INTERVIEW TIMELINES
Spring placements: Interviews typically begin in mid-September.
Summer placements: Interviews are usually held in mid-February.
Fall placements: Interviews typically begin in late April.
Submitting the interest form does not guarantee an interview or placement. Opportunities depend on current practice needs, supervision availability, graduate program requirements, and overall fit.
LPCC & PROVISIONALLY LICENSED CLINICIAN OPPORTUNITIES
InDepth Therapy & Associates also offers opportunities for provisionally licensed clinicians who are beginning or continuing the process of completing their supervised post-graduate clinical hours.
Our goal is to provide more than a place to see clients and collect licensure hours. Clinicians work within an established group practice where supervision, professional development, clinical judgment, ethical decision-making, and understanding the realities of private practice are part of the experience.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are especially interested in clinicians who:
Hold an active Colorado provisional mental health credential and are eligible to practice under supervision.
Have completed a master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related clinical mental health field.
Are seeking a meaningful clinical commitment rather than simply adding a small number of supplemental hours.
Are dependable, organized, self-directed, and responsive to feedback.
Value collaboration, supervision, and continued professional growth.
Have an interest in trauma-informed treatment and working with diverse client populations.
Want to develop their clinical skills, professional confidence, and judgment within a group-practice environment.
Clinical supervision toward licensure requirements.
An established group-practice infrastructure and client referral system.
