With 20 years of experience in the psychology field, my clients appreciate the integrated, flexible approach I take to treatment, considering how personal experiences and family history shape behavior, decisions, relationships, and beliefs about oneself, others, the world, and the future. I adopt a strength-based, collaborative approach to enhance an individual’s sense of self, authenticity, strength, and renewal, fostering healthy, gratifying relationships. Together, we will identify realistic and achievable goals in an emotionally safe and non-judgmental environment.

As an Advanced Brainspotting trained clinician, I utilize Brainspotting to address PTSD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, substance abuse-related issues, performance challenges, and various other issues tied to negative emotions and pain. I have extensive training in treating childhood sexual abuse.

My specialized training & treatment encompasses complex trauma and grief, and I am additionally certified as an ADHD clinician. Furthermore, I have advanced training in addiction treatment and enjoy working with individuals and families affected by a loved one’s addiction. I particularly enjoy working with college students and young adults, helping adolescents transition into adulthood with support and guidance as they navigate their path in this world. I also work with individuals dealing with life adjustments, relationship issues, parenting challenges, and family conflict.

I am human first and foremost. I believe in the potential for change when individuals are ready. Laughter, honesty, and authenticity are essential in the therapy room, and I believe our therapeutic alliance will be the most significant driving force for change.
