Having graduated with my Master's in Clinical Counseling Psychology in May of 2023, I am a Licensed Professional Counseling-Candidate, working as a clinician here at In-Depth Therapy.

In my therapeutic work, I collaborate with clients as we work together toward growth and fulfillment. Together, we work to foster an environment of acceptance and empathy, promoting awareness and self-compassion. I am honored to work with clients of all ages and stages in life and from all backgrounds.

While the first steps towards change are never easy, it is my firm belief that, regardless of circumstances, humans are inclined towards healing. My therapeutic lens is influenced by Psychodynamic, ACT, systems, and person-centered approaches. As a counselor, I hope to work with clients to foster a deeper understanding of interpersonal relationships, relationships with the self, and past experiences. Collaborative exploration of past patterns and attitudes is at the heart of my therapeutic work with clients. To examine our truest selves is to create the awareness that brings about the deepest change and growth. While at times challenging, my therapeutic lens holds self-kindness and gentleness at the forefront. With clients, we work in a way that empowers both change and self-acceptance.

Therapy is a cooperative process, and every person is an expert of their own experiences. Therefore, while I will accompany the journey using my theoretical knowledge and experience, clients are encouraged to provide feedback and take charge in the direction that makes sense for them. No one route fits all journeys for healing, and I aim to work with clients to find what fits them best.
