I graduated from CSU in 2021 with my Master’s in Social Work. I am provisionally licensed while working under supervision to obtain my LCSW. I have three years of experience working with adolescents with behavioral and mental health struggles, and most recently I’ve been able to broaden my horizons and provide therapy to adults with a wider range of disabilities.

Working with such a diverse range of ages and diagnoses has solidified my inherent belief that therapy should never be approached with the “one size fits all” mentality. Keeping this in mind, I approach the therapeutic process a little differently: I like to incorporate nature, meditation & mindfulness, music, art, and animal assisted therapy. Each client may develop a deep connection to one or several of these modalities which has the potential to assist them throughout their life.

During session it is my mission to let the individual control the direction of the conversation while I provide insight from a different perspective. While I have spent time honing my skills as a social worker, ultimately every client is the expert of their own life; it is my goal to just help guide the therapeutic process.
